I’m a Toronto-based Naturopathic Doctor with over 10 years of experience helping women with thyroid disorders, particularly hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s. My passion lies in empowering women with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health and live a life they love.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a special focus on thyroid health and hormonal wellness, helping women optimize their energy, balance, and overall vitality. I’m deeply committed to bridging the gap in conventional health care for women with thyroid issues, providing education, strategies, and solutions that help you feel confident and in control of your wellness journey.

When I’m not supporting my patients or hosting webinars, you can find me on the volleyball court, exploring new trails, or spending time with my husband and two little boys.
